Change is not limited to changing how things are done, but how things are presented, perceived, and propagated. This may be a new start-up concept or an enhanced business process, but how this change came about, why it is needed and what problems it aims to solve, is what really matters. This is our forte, validating the need for change and the solution, supported with project specific research and analysis.

Launching a start-up, or a new business initiative in an already established company, requires an unbiased external source to validate the business proposition without emotional, sentimental, or financial attachment. It is our goal to be that source of unbiased review, supported with goal orientated research and analysis to aid business leaders and key decision makers to make SMART choices; Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound.

We provide research and analysis services for specific projects and case studies, primarily start-ups focussed on innovative tech solutions that often struggle with aligning tech and business needs. We aim to provide a holistic review of the research and feasibility study carried out, how it may impact the business initiatives and recommendations for consideration.

We take a very holistic approach when approaching and assessing the needs of a new client, to establish a clear perception of the business operations from all stakeholders’ point of view, the manager, the investor, the client, and the role and importance IT plays in the operations. This enables us to thoroughly understand what we believe the company can benefit from and what the company directors perceive to be the immediate need of the business. From there, it is our role to identify the gaps and plug them to elevate and accelerate business performance.
